Delivery & Returns

We aim to despatch all items NEXT working day, but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery as items are occasionally out of stock.

When you order there is a notes section where you can give us specific delivery and ‘leave safe’ instructions. (e.g. leave in porch, back garden, with neighbour etc). We recommend including a ‘leave safe’ instruction where possible.

An order acknowledgement email will be sent out when you place your order.   We will also send you an email when your item is to be despatched advising you of your delivery date. We use a national courier to despatch all our larger items and Royal Mail 2nd class for our smaller items.

If in the unlikely event your parcel arrives badly damaged we urge you to reject it (stating the reason) so that is sent straight back to us. This will make it quicker for us to get a replacement out to you.

  • Scottish Highlands: IV1-40, 52-54, 63, AB37-38, 41-45, 51-56, FK20-21, 23-40, 63, KW1-14, PA21-39, PH15-41 – £22.30 (2-3 days)
  • Isle of Wight – £19.95
  • Northern & Southern Ireland – £19.65 economy (2-4 days)

Please ensure you have the correct number of parcels and that the packaging arrives with you in a satisfactory condition, if not please contact us straight away. 

If the courier is unable to deliver then a card will be left for you to arrange one redelivery. If the courier is unable to deliver again your item will be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge for redelivery under our national rates. The redelivery charge will be double the delivery charge. The redelivery charge would still apply even for any Free Delivery offers*.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days following the day on which you received the goods from us. You need to pay for the cost of delivery to us, but on return of the undamaged goods we will refund the full cost of the item(s). If you have not received the goods after two attempted deliveries and wish to cancel then we reserve the right to charge for the return charge being double the delivery charge.

In the event of an item arriving damaged you need to let us know within 24 hours and we can then arrange for a replacement. We reserve the right to charge for the return charge should you not wish to accept replacement items.
